Then We made inherited the Book to those whom We selected from Our servants; thus among them, there is one who has shown unjust to his soul, among them there is moderate, among them, there is forerunner with the Best deeds with the Permission of Allah, that is the great bounty.
Adhikr, as mentioned in verse 16: 44, is the only Book revealed by the Lord to all mankind through 313 Messengers, from the first Messenger Noah to the last Messenger Muhammad. Adhikr revealed to Muhammad is inherited by his people. They undeservingly claim that they are Muslims and are the inhabitants of Paradise. However, it is stated in verse 16: 89 that Adhikr, which explains everything, is the Guidance, Mercy, and Glad Tidings for Muslims who have submitted all to the Lord. Instead of utilizing Adhikr, the people of Messenger Muhammad have made their sustenance by rejecting Adhikr, as explained in verse 7: 26. Therefore, they are the original disbelievers mentioned in verses 4: 150-151. Since they have forgotten Adhikr, they are the bore people mentioned in verses 25: 17-18. These Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar, including the hypocritical leaders and their blind followers, are among those who have wronged their souls. They will die witnessing against their souls that they were indeed disbelievers, as stated in verse 7: 37. It is stated in verse 2: 62 that whoever among the Messenger’s community, such as Jews, Christians, Sabeans, or anyone, believes in the Lord Allah and the Last Day and does honorable deeds, they will have their reward with their Lord, and there shall be no fear upon them, nor will they grieve.
The moderates mentioned in the verse are the believers who follow Adhikr and do good deeds, leading a life without committing open offenses. They will enter Paradise after the Trial. In the Hereafter, they will receive their book of deeds in their right hand. The "Permission of Allah" mentioned in the verse refers to the Permission, Adhikr. Forerunners will propagate Adhikr to all mankind, utilizing all the favors provided by the Lord, as explained in verse 2: 62.
All 313 Messengers were given Adhikr, which is the Proof and Truth, as stated in verse 21: 24. As explained in verse 4: 118, among the people of all Messengers, 999 out of every 1,000 wronged their souls, making them the inhabitants of Hell. Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world to witness the life of Adhikr—the Witness—among mankind, the Impartial and Just Lord cannot punish the other people belonging to the Messenger’s community, such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, Christians, etc. See explanation 7: 205-206; 8: 22; 9: 67-68.
